  1. Production conditions and preparations for processing:

  2. Technical requirements for processing of curtain wall components:

  (1) Before processing, the aluminum material should be straightened and adjusted, and the protective tape should be attached before processing.

  (2) Check the processing dimensions against the processing drawings and confirm that they are correct before processing operations.

  (3) The allowable deviation of the material cut length dimension is ±1.0mm, and the allowable deviation of the end slope is <15'.

  (4) There should be no obvious processing deformation at the cutting end, and the burr should not be greater than 0.2mm; the allowable deviation of the hole position is ±

  0.5mm, the allowable deviation of the hole distance is ±0.5mm, and the slope deviation is not more than ±1.0mm.

  (5) The processing of bolt holes should meet the design requirements.

  3. Curtain wall component processing:

  (1) Art process: receiving processing notice → material requisition → wrapping protective tape → cutting →

  Drilling → Quality Inspection → Warehousing

  (2) Essentials of each process of component processing:

  1, take orders

  3, wrap protective tape

  2) The protective tape must maintain a smooth surface to avoid wrinkles, bubbles and cracks.

  4. Cutting

  1) The working table of the cutting machine must be kept clean to avoid scratching the surface of the aluminum material during cutting.

  2) The cutting dimension error of aluminum material cannot exceed 1mm.

  3) The cut semi-finished products should be stacked neatly, and the project name, specifications and quantity should be marked for the next process.

  5. Drilling

  1) One piece must be trial-produced before drilling, and mass processing can only be carried out after the inspection is correct.

  2) After drilling the aluminum, the cut must be flat and smooth.

  3) The finished products after processing must be stacked neatly and the surrounding must be kept clean.

  6. Quality inspection

  1) The quality inspector shall check whether the processed semi-finished product meets the requirements of the drawing. If the quality is found to be unqualified, it shall be reworked unconditionally.

  2) If the quality is artificially unqualified, it must be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions.

  4. Curtain wall glass frame and window sash assembly

  3) When the rubber strip is cut, it must be aligned with the section of the aluminum material.

  4, installation angle code

  1) Those who use various tools and materials should be prepared before work.

  2) When installing the corner code, it must be installed according to the requirements of the processing drawing or processing task sheet.

  3) The screws of the angle code must be installed at the place where two screws should be installed, and one can not be installed to avoid affecting the quality of the product.

  4) The corner code after installation must be correct and standardized.

  5. Curtain wall glass plate processing and glue injection

  (一) Processing flow: production processing order → raw material collection → glass cleaning → double-sided adhesive tape → glue injection → maintenance and curing → finished product storage

  (2) Essentials of each process of glass plate processing:

  2, material requisition

  1) After careful review, it is correct, according to the material specification, model, quantity and color requirements, go to the material department to go through the material picking procedures;

  2) When the raw materials are used, they must be stacked neatly to avoid scratches on the glass surface.

  3, glass, aluminum frame cleaning and double-sided adhesive tape

  1) Before plastic injection, the glass and aluminum frame plastic injection surface are cleaned with two cloth methods, that is, a cloth is dipped in xylene to clean the plastic surface first, and another clean dry cloth is used to remove the xylene and the dirt before the xylene is not volatilized. Wipe it off together. If it can't be cleaned again and again, repeat the cleaning until it is clean. When there is water on the glass, wipe it with a dry cloth and then clean it. The cleaning cloth should be cotton cloth that does not shed hair and does not fade. Dip xylene with neither too little nor too much. The cleaned frame and glass should be sealed up when they are not glued;

  2) When the aluminum frame is attached to the glass, the corners should be aligned. Keep the edges accurate, make a positioning device if necessary, and the tape should not be uneven.

  4, glass injection structure glue

  1) Technical requirements for glue injection process:

  ① Strictly abide by the operating procedures of the glue injection machine, and no one is allowed to adjust the equipment without permission;

  ② Glue injection operators must be specially trained to inject glue on the machine, and personnel without training are not allowed to operate on the machine;

  ③ The type, model, size and size of the glass and connecting aluminum frame must meet the requirements of the drawing;

  ④ The surface (affinity surface) of the glass-aluminum frame bonded by structural adhesive must be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. The surface of the glass and aluminum frame (affinity surface) combined with the structural adhesive must be cleaned by isopropyl alcohol;

  ⑤ The mating surface and positioning connection position of the glass and aluminum frame must meet the requirements of the drawing;

  ⑥ Each time the glue is mixed, a butterfly test and a tensile test must be done to confirm that the mixing ratio is correct, the mixing is uniform and the bonding is firm before the glue can be injected;

  ⑦ Structural adhesive is not allowed to contaminate the non-compatible surface of the glass and aluminum frame, and protective tape must be pasted on the surface that easily contaminates the glass and aluminum frame before injecting glue;

  ⑧ The glued glass must be labeled with a label (indicating specifications, date of glue injection, operator, inspector, and sample number) on the aluminum frame at the upper right corner, and a vibrating pen will be used for marking after 3 days (indicating operator and inspection Person number).

  2) Specific requirements and operation steps for glue injection

  ① Check that the specifications and dimensions of the glass and the connecting aluminum frame must be consistent with the plastic injection processing drawing;

  ② Check the corners and surface of the glass for defects. Any cracked glass cannot be used.

  ③ The dust on the surface of the glass and aluminum frame must be wiped clean before entering the glue injection room;

  ④ After turning on the machine, first mix white glue and black glue. After the color is all black, do a butterfly test and a tensile test to check for white glue and air bubbles. The glue can be injected after passing the inspection. After the aluminum frame and glass are cleaned, the xylene must be volatilized before the glue can be injected. First, inject glue on the test piece, and then on the workpiece. The glue should be full and the glue seam should be flattened. Pay attention to whether there is white glue when injecting glue. When white glue appears, stop glueing (mark this piece of glass, cut it off and re-inject the glue after curing) before it is normal to continue injecting glue.

  ⑤ During the entire glue injection process, glue is not allowed to contaminate the glass and aluminum frame.

  ⑥ After filling the glue, paste the label filled in according to the process and technical requirements on the aluminum connection frame at the upper right corner of the glass;

  ⑦ The glass placed after glue injection should be padded with wooden blocks. When the glass is large, the supporting point should be 1/4 away from the end to prevent the glue seam from being compressed. Be careful not to stain or stain the glass during transportation.

  ⑧ Under normal conditions, the test pieces and sample samples can be tapped for inspection 7 days after the glue is glued. There is no bubble bonding and good curing. When the peeling test and other items are qualified, the glass can be shipped after the quality inspector fills in the certificate.
