Now, systems with a profile structure depth of 65? mm can also be equipped with continuous intermediate sealing strips using Schüco SimplySmart technology.

The coherent intermediate sealing strip using Schüco SimplySmart technology has been successfully applied to the Schüco window system with a profile structure depth of 75 mm. Now this solution is also suitable for systems with a profile structure depth of 65 mm. This means that the spacer Markets with average thermal requirements can also benefit from this technology in the future. This is a supplementary solution to the two existing design types, namely the vulcanized rubber frame and the filling sealant used in combination with the EPDM type plug-in.

The system has a newly designed contour of the middle sealing strip, which is made of easy-to-process microporous rubber. In addition, corner seals are provided, which intelligently combine multiple functions-self-positioning of the middle sealing strip, chamfer sealing on the profile, and control of the sealant to optimize the sealing performance of the corner area. In addition to improving the overall thermal insulation level of the system, it can also ensure a simpler and higher fault-tolerant processing process, which greatly saves processing and installation time. The sealing performance value achieved in this process is consistent with the level achieved by the two existing processing methods.
